We're very fortunate to do business with great people each year, and I truly thank everyone for their partnership. Every year our staff has some fun creating a holiday video for our business partners; usually a fun, silly short movie. This year we wanted to feature more of our people, so we did something a little different. This year's holiday video gives you a glimpse of many Jaeckle employees and families preparing for and enjoying the holidays in their own way. Thank you, everyone, for the business we enjoy together, and we look forward to an awesome 2018!

Jaeckle Distributors is proud to have been involved in this year’s Design for a Difference Madison renovation project. Design for a Difference, the largest charity makeover in the country, provides renovations to the spaces of local non-profit organizations.

This year, Design for a Difference chose Centro Hispano to receive a makeover. Jaeckle Distributors donated flooring, adhesives, and specialty products for the project, and FLOOR360 led the project by donating the design, installation, and project management services needed to update the space. Renovations to the Centro Hispano community center began in early October and covered over 12,000 square feet, with changes being made to the organization’s technology lab, kitchen, offices, and children’s play areas.

Karen Coller, Executive Director of Centro Hispano, feels that the renovated space will allow the organization to better serve the Latino community in Madison. Jaeckle Distributors is proud to have partnered with FLOOR360 to help a worthy non-profit organization that does so much incredible work for our community.

Recently, several members of the Jaeckle Distributors team traveled to Miami to volunteer their time following Hurricane Irma. These Jaeckle staff members worked with MCI (Miami Children’s Initiative) to assist with painting, cleaning the grounds, removing debris, repairing bikes, working with kids in the after school program, and completing various other projects in the Liberty City neighborhood.

“It is the small things that add up to big things,” wrote Jeff Jaeckle, President of Jaeckle Distributors, to his fellow volunteers. “It is making a difference, bit by bit.” His words and the actions of those who took part are a reflection of one of the company’s Core Values: Do the Little Things that Make a Big Difference. Jaeckle Distributors is honored to have been part of this volunteer effort, and we are proud to see employees living out the Core Values, both in our business and in the community.

Jaeckle Distributors will now offer commercial products by Tarkett, a worldwide leader in innovative and sustainable flooring. Throughout Chicagoland and Northern Illinois, Jaeckle will be distributing Tarkett commercial products including LVT, VCT, and sheet vinyl, as well as the entire line of Johnsonite products.

“We’re very excited about the addition of the Tarkett commercial portfolio and Johnsonite to our offering in the greater Chicago area,” said Jeff Jaeckle, President of Jaeckle Distributors. “With our specification resources and knowledge of the commercial market, we’re looking forward to providing exceptional support and value to our partners there.”

We've updated our website with a new look and feel. The site is now mobile-friendly, it presents more content on the home page, and it sets the stage for more exciting changes coming in the future. We hope that all of our customers and business partners enjoy the new site and find the transition seamless. Jaeckle Distributors was awarded the 2016 Distributor of the Year award for the third year in a row from Mercier Wood Flooring. The Canadian wood flooring company announced the awards at their annual Mercier Acknowledgement Awards partner meeting in Montreal, Quebec.

“We are thrilled to be acknowledged by Mercier for the 2016 Distributor of the Year for the third year in a row,” said Jeff Jaeckle, President of Jaeckle Distributors. “Mercier manufactures a beautiful high-end wood line that has grown here in the Midwest thanks to our dedicated partnership with Mercier.”

In addition to the Distributor of the Year award, Jaeckle Distributors Territory Sales Manager Brad Meyer, from St. Louis, MO, won the Best Salesperson of the Year award at the partner meeting. According to Mercier, over 100 distributor sales representatives from ten distributors represent Mercier Wood Flooring in the United States.

Jaeckle Distributors was recently awarded the prestigious Mannington Mills, Inc. 2016 President’s Award for its residential sales performance in 2016. This is the second year in a row that Jaeckle Distributors has won this award, which was presented at the recent SURFACES trade show for the floor covering industry.

“Mannington is our largest supplier and we are honored to be a top performer amongst our peers,” said Jeff Jaeckle, President of Jaeckle Distributors. “Achieving this award two years in a row directly reflects the dedication and commitment to excellence of our entire staff, and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Mannington.”
